BRIDGING LIFE AND ART:
MOVEMENT AND ARTS PROCESS GROUP
Using methods drawn from the movement-based expressive arts work of Tamalpa Institute, this eight week group is an opportunity to bring your personal material into creative expression. This group will support you to:
- Release emotional baggage and tell your stories though images, dances and poetry
- Find inspiration, and a stronger sense of connection to your authentic self
- Communicate more deeply with others through aesthetic feedback
- Allow a stronger sense of freedom and play into your life
No art or movement experience necessary.
